Duncan’s expertise in strategic asset management, investment and development stems from an asset management grounding at ING Real Estate Investment Management and GE Capital Real Estate; progressing to senior investment management leadership roles at Rockspring Property Investment Managers and Patrizia.

Duncan has advised many domestic and international clients including: Cheshire and Dorset County Councils, The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, HBOS Bank, Samsung, Fubon Life, Starwood Capital, and Blackstone.

Duncan lives in Buckinghamshire near Oxford with his wife, and three daughters. He’s a keen sportsman who also fulfils various community volunteering roles.

Duncan’s broad asset management experience across all commercial real estate sectors, includes development and major refurbishments to capture the full value potential of sites and buildings. His passion for sustainability flows through all aspects of his work, as does his detail oriented and analytical approach (understandable given his engineering training background).

Most recently Duncan has carried out a consultancy role for The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC), providing strategic asset management advice on how best RBKC can maximise income and operational efficiency across their vast real estate portfolio.
